Hi, my name is Steven Richard, and I've been able to stay fit and strong for 57 years by working out just once a week.

 

If you are like me, you are either too busy or find exercise too boring to workout 3, 4, or 5 days a week like most exercise training programs recommend.

 

Early in my twenties, when my life got busy with work, family, and friends I was blessed to discover a simple way to stay fit and strong without having to spend hours and hours exercising.

 

So many people have asked me about my once a week workout that I decided to share what I do so that others can benefit.

 

The Workout Once A Week approach is the exercise you can  really do and finally get the results you've always yearned for!
